Vacancy: Operator

We are looking for a full-time Operator.

Position within Amixo BV

To support our production management, we are seeking Operators who have a passion for the food industry, production, and optimization.

Job purpose

The goal of this position is to efficiently and accurately set up, execute, monitor, and complete production assignments according to applicable regulations and procedures, ensuring product quality and workplace safety.

Tasks / responsibilities

  • Setting up and configuring machines based on received orders/recipes, possibly in collaboration with the Mechanic;
  • Verifying batch numbers and required raw materials based on the order and work instructions;
  • Executing assignments in accordance with standards, work instructions, and other applicable procedures;
  • Visually inspecting raw materials and packaging materials;
  • Identifying and reporting deviations to the Team Leader;
  • Verifying information on labels (e.g., production date, expiration date, and batch code);
  • Supervising production workers in the same workspace;
  • Completing and filling out control lists;
  • Cleaning mixing/filling equipment, materials, and the environment;
  • Performing production tasks promptly and efficiently;
  • Following Amixo BV’s procedures, regulations, and work instructions, particularly regarding health, hygiene, and safety.

Requirements

  • VMBO / MBO level of working and thinking.
  • Willingness to work in 3 shifts.
  • Oral proficiency in Dutch or English.

Our offer

This position is a challenging role with significant independence and responsibility, conducted in a full-time capacity in 3 shifts within an informal working environment. Your salary, including a 21.5% shift allowance, depends on your knowledge and experience and ranges from €2,700 to €3,200. Additionally, you will participate in our pension scheme, are entitled to 25 vacation days per year, and may receive travel expense reimbursement.
